The suburban model of single-use development in Los Angeles has run its course. The new wave of smart development, embodied by our Crenshaw District project, embraces the historical configuration of living/office/retail mixed-use spaces that make cities truly vibrant, living spaces. Our project has an active presence at street level, tucking a semi-private living space behind a work space that greets pedestrians at the sidewalk. The residence continues via a central stair that leads to a second level sleeping loft which opens to a landscaped outdoor deck.
