This is a revisioning of an underperforming open air shopping destination and public walking street in downtown Los Angeles.  The property is called, "Weller Court" and the walking street is, "Onizuka Street." The property owners are now adjusting leases and implementing "first steps" towards creating a vibrant destination for Little Tokyo.
