While with the Jerde Partnership, Ron Schafer as a Senior Designer, led the design team for this one and a half block, one million sqft. entertainment retail development project. The development has an eight level entertainment block containing restaurants, games and a bowling alley, topped with an integrated three hundred room business hotel. Adjacent is a two level parking garage topped with department stores, restaurants, lifestyle retail, amusement and performance spaces. All of the uses benefit from and circulate through, the open air  retail-amusement court.
