In this  330 square foot artist studio we maximized the open floor area by placing all of the support spaces, closet, toilet, lavatory, shower, kitchenette and laundry behind a continuous set of sliding and folding doors. We added a framed sliding door + window unit to bring the outside in and the inside out. Natural light flows in through this framed opening and through the triangular upper windows on the small ends of the simple building. Total building budget $40,000.
